Guarantee & Refund Policy
If you purchase a SITM products or services at a live event, you are entitled to receive a full refund for any such product or service within three (3) days of the date of purchase (Cooling off Period) in accordance with the refund procedures set below.
Following the Cooling off Period but subject to our Refund Exceptions below, refunds will only be given for Software returned within 30 days of the Order Date or for seminars and workshops cancelled within 7 days of the Order Date (“Refund Period”).
Refund Exceptions
Without limiting the generality of the previous paragraph no refunds will be given for any other Products or Services supplied by HUBB including but not limited to Number One Trading Plan; ABC Bulletin; Incubator Course or equivalent; Commodities Course; Ultimate Gann Course; Coaching, Mentoring or other support, any Workshop you have attended within the 30 day refund period. No refunds are given for Software Data or expired Seminar Credits. No refunds are given for any Products or Services sold as a discounted bundle.
No refunds will be giving for any products or services purchased at OASIS events or where the Terms and Conditions you signed do not specifically provide for a refund.
Partner Pricing Refunds
If you are a Partner Student and we advise you that the Primary Student has requested a refund you may elect by notice in writing within 7 days of the Enrolment Date to either:
- return the Product or Service and receive a refund; or
- upgrade your status to that of a Primary Student by paying the difference between the Partner Student Enrolment Fee and the Enrolment Fee paid by the Primary Student. Failure to make an election will entitle HUBB to charge the Outstanding Balance or cancel all rights to the Products or Services.
For a Partner Student to continue to receive Partner pricing, a Partner Student and the Primary Student must progress through the available education levels and pay for Products together.
Seminar Credits
Seminar Credits are not transferable. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours written notice to cancel or re-schedule attendance is not received by us. Seminar Credits must be used within 12 months from the Order Date.
REFUND PROCEDURES
If you are entitled to a refund in accordance to our Refund Policy, your request for a refund will be processed in accordance with the following procedures:
Returns during Cooling Off Period
If you decide to return a SITM product or service during a Cooling Off Period you will need to contact the enquiries number or email your request to the address given below for instruction on how to return the products.
Returning a Trading Tactics Program
If you decide to return your Trading Tactics Program materials at your scheduled Trading Tactics Seminar in re-saleable condition before 12:00pm of the first day of the scheduled Trading Tactics Seminar you will be issued with a receipt.
If you wish to return the Trading Tactics Program materials to our offices during the Refund Period the following procedure will apply:
Contact our Returns Officer (details below) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and Deed of Release. HUBB will not provide a refund or accept delivery of any returned goods unless they:
- clearly display the Return Merchandise Authorisation Number on the outside packaging.
- are in re-saleable condition as determined by HUBB or HUBB at its sole discretion.
- are accompanied by a signed Deed Of Release.
Cancelling a Seminar
If you wish to cancel a Seminar or Workshop contact our Returns Officer (details below). A confirmation email will be provided.
Returns
HUBB takes no responsibility for the return of products and recommends all products be returned using a secure method of delivery. All delivery charges will be at the purchasers sole cost.
Payments
Where the above procedure has been followed and you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be paid within 30 days from either:
- In the case of a Product refund, the date that the product is returned to HUBB.
- In the case of a seminar or workshop refund, the date that HUBB has received a request for a refund in writing before the expiry of the refund period.
- In the case of Performance Guarantee refund, the date your claim has been assessed.
Refunds will be made via the original purchase method or in the case of direct debit payments, by cheque. Please note refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 days to process by the credit card issuer. All refunds will be paid less any shipping and handling cost.

Definitions
Enrolment Fee means the fee paid to enroll in a HUBB program, seminar or workshop.
Order Date means the date shown on any Order Enrolment Form for a Product or Service or the date that the Product or Services was purchased.
Partner Student means a student who has elected to enroll in a program with a related student.
Primary Student means the related student to a Partner Student.
Product or Service means any Products or Service purchased for HUBB.
Seminar Credit means the right to attend a seminar or workshop. |
